The purpose of GlobalTFL is to make disciples out of Christians in fulfilment of the Great Commission.
This is the official site of The Way Christian Ministries Training for Life Online course.
Training for Life (TFL)
TFL begins with our 'Foundations' course (also available in a growing number of languages). TFL is composed of five main elements of development; Spiritual, Personal, Physical, Creative and Ministerial.
This site deals with the 'Spiritual' element of the course reading the bible for the life that it contains.
We are offering the first two teachings of the Foundations course as a free sample of the full TFL course.
To do the full TFL course you will need to purchase a password to enter into those areas of this site.

Resources
The full TFL course is made up of three main Modules. These can be done at your own pace but we recommend that each module should take you about 30 weeks, in other words, one 'academic year' comprising 3 x 10 weeks semesters.
The cost of each semester is £250 (GBP Sterling)
Each lesson is made up of complimentary Audio/Visual Material and Teaching Notes.
There are on-line Response Sheets for each lesson and a weekly Progress Report sheet to be completed by the student.
You will be assigned a personal Mentor and you will be able to communicate with your mentor at pre-determined times.
Virtual Groups
In time, you will be placed into a 'Virtual' online group of no more than five other students and a Mentor where you will meet at a convenient time for all of you, normally once a week. At these times there will be on-line discussion opportunities and a sharing of ideas and answers.

Training for Life (TFL) Flow – Update
In the pursuit of excellence in all things significant developments have been made in The Way Christian Ministries (TheWayCM) Training for Life (TFL) Online Course.
Normally, the TFL Course is holistic and is outworked through five key elements in a global network of TFL Centres. However, I have been working on this brand new website called GlobalTFL to look exclusively at the ‘Spiritual’ aspect of the course.
I have been working with Vision Colleges (collectively the world’s largest online bible college) and they are happy to count modules completed with TFL towards a legitimate qualification awarded by them. For more information about Vision Colleges visit: http://www.internetbiblecollege.info/
I am currently preparing to complete a Bachelors Degree with Vision Colleges who have recognised the academic merit of our TFL course and my part in creating it. In doing this I will pioneer a path for our own students to follow. Our modules and theirs will dovetail into each other making the transition fuss-free and straight-forward for TheWayCM students who want to pursue academic studies.
All of this costs money. Our online course will comprise of Three Modules of Thirty Weeks each done in Three Semesters of Ten Weeks per year. Each student can do the course semester by semester. Uninterrupted, the full TFL course will last for Three Years (each year comprising of Thirty Weeks)
The cost of each Ten Weeks Semester Online is: £250 for the full 10 weeks (GBP Sterling).
